Matt, our Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist uses a combination of different techniques to treat and help prevent injury, prepare for sporting events and maintain general physical/muscular health including:

Matt is a member of the ISRM (Institute of Sport and Remedial massage) and the SMA (Sports Massage Association)
Other Qualifications:
BSC (Hons) in coaching and conditioning
Level 5 Diploma in sport and remedial massage from the Oxford School of Sports Massage
First Aid trainer
